Line-Stopping AND HOT-Tapping Capital Equipment

The cornerstone of the operation. All of our machines are made to the highest quality, reliability and strength.  

All units have a drive system which requires comparatively little maintenance, with no possibility of oil leakage from gearboxes.

Compact and powerful, our hydraulic power packs are designed to fit inside most vans.

The 20 HP water cooled diesel engine conforms to the new Euro 5 standard and is surrounded by a protective frame which ensures minimum maintenance.

The hydraulic manifold has 1” quick release couplings for drilling and ½” quick release couplings for auxiliary equipment. 

We manufacture a vast range of cutters to suit the job. Both our Line-Stop Cutters (LSCs) and our Hot Tap Cutters (HTCs) are available in any size from 3" to 72". Tungsten Carbide Tips are available on request. Pilot Drills are also available. Each of our Cutters are able to be supplied with bespoke designed Drill Machine Housing (All TDW compatible) for every size. 

Carbon Steel Line-Stopping and Hot Tapping Tees for flanged connections in a water supply network, suitable for most common pipe materials like Cast Iron, Ductile, Asbestos Cement, Steel Pipe and PE - (supplied with full matted gasket). Our Tees are supplied with WRAS approved EPDM and coating and have a working pressure of 16 bar.

 All of our fittings are manufactured in-house and can be supplied according to the Drilling model or other equipment you may have. We are now helping customers with Fittings and Valve Recovery projects to help you get the longest life out of your equipment. 

We can supply Valves in CL150, CL300, CL600 and CL900, from 3" all the way up to 72".  These are also available in NACE MR0175 and MR0284 on request. Over 24" valves are hydraulically operated. Up to 24" valves are manually operated as standard, however we can supply these hydraulically operated on request. We can also help with Valve Recovery Projects. 

In order to push the Stop-head into place, we design a range of actuators to our own specifications. We supply both smaller manually operated Rams, and 5 different series of Hydraulic machines, each with their own Capacity Range, Stroke size and Control Bar. All Rams are suitable for use with TDW equipment.

Most of the Stopheads we manufacture are CL150 with a size range from 3" all the way up to 72". We can also provide Stopheads in CL300/CL600 and CL900. These are also available in NACE MR0175 and MR0284 on request. We also supply bespoke Stophead Housing and Polyurethane Seal Elements for every size Stophead we produce.

We also provide a number of Accessories to go with our Drilling Machines. 

These are designed to help the operator and to enable a greater ease of use. All products are TDW compatible.
